Washington — Rep. Donald Payne Jr., a Democrat from New Jersey, has died astatine property 65, according to New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy.
Payne had been hospitalized since early April aft he suffered "a cardiac section based connected complications from his diabetes," his agency said past week. The connection said Payne was successful "stable condition" and "continues to beryllium nether doctor's care."
