A Florida man has filed a lawsuit against 3 pharmacies and their respective pharmacists aft he claims he was prescribed Adderall that sent him into psychosis.

Robert Buckley alleges nan Adderall prescriptions from Publix, CVS Pharmacy and Costco pharmacies caused him to overdose, which sent him into psychosis and caused mendacious imprisonment, seizures and different imperishable injuries, according to nan suit revenge Wednesday successful Orange County, Fox 35 reported.

The suit names nan defendants arsenic CVS Pharmacy and 2 of its pharmacists, Costco Wholesale Corporation and 2 of its pharmacists and Publix Super Markets and 3 of its pharmacists.

Buckley is suing each 3 companies for negligence, claiming they allegedly dispensed an incorrect supplier spot that was "clearly vulnerable to nan patient," nan suit said.

The suit says Buckley "sustained bodily wounded and resulting symptom and suffering, disability, beingness impairment, intelligence anguish, inconvenience, and nan nonaccomplishment of capacity for nan enjoyment of life, and will truthful suffer successful nan future."
